BRICK + MORTAR POLICY
Undamaged and unworn or unused items purchased at the Kinsman brick + mortar shop in Pittsburgh, PA are eligible for refund, exchange or store credit. The Kinsman team must be notified within 14 days of the purchase for a full return. Items returned after 14 days will be eligible for exchange or store credit if the item is no longer available.

 

ONLINE POLICY
Undamaged and unworn or unused items purchased online are eligible for a full refund, exchange or store credit. The Kinsman team must be notified of the return request within 14 days of the delivery. All requests must be sent to info@kinsmanshop.com.

Upon approval of the return request, Kinsman will send the shipping address and relevant details for your return.

Once the return is received by Kinsman, the item(s) will be assessed against the return criteria. If the item(s) meet the criteria, you will receive a confirmation email and we will issue a return to you.

All shipping costs associated with the return are paid by the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We cannot take responsibility for items returned to Kinsman without being notified first nor for items that are returned with a shipping alternative where you cannot track the package.

 

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Underwear, socks, and magazines/periodicals are non-returnable. Grooming products with a broken seal are also non-returnable.
